Description
This is a hand fabricated pendant featuring an Amethyst cabochon with bands of Smoky Quartz! The stone was found in Jefferson County, CO. It was polished in our studio and the setting was fabricated from scratch using .999 fine and .925 sterling silver, here in our studio in Conifer, CO. Amethyst is not a common thing to find in Colorado, and these pieces were found in the tailings of an old prospect pit from the early 1900’s. As hard as we have tried we have been unable to find anymore of this material so the supply is limited! I only have a handful of these cabochons, and unless I can make a breakthrough and find more these will be gone once they’re sold!
